Shaved Ice

You don't have to go far to experience different cultures!

This shaved ice is from a Korean cafe that specializes in Porridge called Sirro in Arlington, Virginia.  They have a special ice making machine and combine coffee flavors into the dessert to really make it stand out!  What makes it Korean: the added mochi and almonds.  What makes it American: the ice cream and the corn flake cereal!
